LILAH SEGEV
Lilah Segev has been practicing yoga since 1997, young she started learning the North American Indian philosophy, of grandmother Twylah Nitsch at the early 1994, in 1997 she immersed into the practice of Raja Yoga around 9 years, and after that she spent 7 years into Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa with Shimon Ben Avi. The last 5 years she practiced with Prasad Rangnekar deep on Hatha Yoga.
These years she practices Sufism with Mehmet Serif Catalkaya. She sees the connection between the Yoga and Sufi ways to Unity Love and Life dance. Specially her methodology is simple and bring clear understandings.
